Ridanto products are nutritional food-supplements registered with the applicable local regulatory authority under food-supplement classification. Products meet compositional and labelling requirements for nutritional supplement categories.
Ingredient profiles in Ridanto supplements are selected based on published nutritional research and undergo independent batch verification for quality and labelling accuracy.

Ridanto products are intended for use by adults. Keep all products stored as directed on the label. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not exceed the stated daily serving recommendation.

All product orders placed through Ridanto channels are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where stock is unavailable, pricing errors occur, or where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity.
Delivery timelines and conditions are communicated at the point of purchase and form part of the specific order agreement. General timelines: within Jakarta 1-3 business days; other Indonesian regions 3-7 business days. International shipping is available on request and subject to separate terms.
Risk of loss and title for purchased products pass to you at the point of confirmed dispatch. Ridanto is not responsible for delays caused by courier service disruptions, customs procedures, or force-majeure events outside our reasonable control.
Return Conditions
We accept returns of unopened, undamaged products within 14 days of confirmed delivery, provided the original packaging seal is intact. Returns must be requested by contacting us at [email protected] with your order reference.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item in acceptable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the return is due to a confirmed product defect or dispatch error.
Opened products cannot be returned due to the nature of food-supplement goods, except where a product defect is demonstrated. In such cases, contact us with the relevant lot code and a description of the issue.
Ownership of Content
All text, images, formulation descriptions, brand identity elements, and design components on this website are the property of Ridanto and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. The Ridanto name, wordmark, and product names are proprietary identifiers.
